Grading Scale
There are no surprises when you buy from us because our grading and triage criteria are the toughest in the business. Following R2 standards-compliant data destruction, we test each device’s operation. All gadgets are cleaned, visually inspected, and graded in accordance with our exacting cosmetic grading standards after testing.
To achieve high quality standards, 10% of devices are randomly chosen for quality control. The recycling of electronics that are considered inappropriate for resale complies with R2 criteria for data destruction and environmental stewardship.
